These Terms of Service govern your use of the OmniforceLabs website at omniforcelabs.com and any services provided by OmniforceLabs, including our AI platforms RankAgent and Omniforce.ai. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
OmniforceLabs provides AI infrastructure consulting and custom AI-native system development for businesses. Our services include discovery audits, system design, development, deployment, and ongoing support as agreed in individual client engagements.
Intellectual Property
Systems built for clients under an OmniforceLabs engagement are owned by the client. The client retains full ownership of all custom code, data models, and AI systems developed during the engagement. OmniforceLabs retains ownership of its proprietary architecture patterns and intelligence layer components.
Limitation of Liability
OmniforceLabs provides services on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or platforms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
